Kindly Advice.

Dear friends,i have completed six month in job in qatar and now due to recession company is terminating my contract. M i entitled to gratuity and end of service benefits.Are they two are different or same??Kindly advise i would be gratefull..

u can get only seperation fee and other benifits mentioned to ur contract nit the graduity the gratuity from 1 year more!goodluck!!!

if ur interested..my place is good. 1bedroom,1 small sitting room, 1 small toilet & kitchen (studio type) 3000/- only... BUT its in al hilal near al meera... if ur interested, send me a provate msg...

Hey buddy...i hope it will help. gratuity is actually the benefit u get atleast after one year service. so you get only if u finish atleast one year, may be three weeks salery.

i believe u shud get the end of service benefits. may be one month's addition pay or something as mentioned in ur contract. all the best.
