Well guys....one of my friends who was under her husband's sponsorship here was chased out from qatar by her husband by force as they were going to get divorced & he did not want her to stay here. When she left, he promised her that he will give the NOC for her to come back under a different sponsorship....but now that she's gone,he's not willing to give the NOC.....He is doing the job in Qatar thanks to her coz she's the one who found the job for him & made him come here....but now,he just wants to take revenge & not allow her to come back for a good job....What do u think about this guys????

I know of the same situation, she is a Nurse at HMC. And she can't do anything for that, she really have to seek NOC from her husband, and the worst part...its more difficult to transfer from husband onto company visa. Better yet, advise your friend to move out from Qatar and get rid of him.

Well.....he's a maniac & he's been making her suffer mentally for no good reason....which is why she wanted the divorce...it's like the movie "Sleeping with the enemy". For her to come back to Qatar under a company visa, she needs the NOC from her husband....but he refuses. I just wish people can be more open minded.....

Depends what she did......if she shagged around she deserves to be booted out, I'd do the same thing!

Bitterness rears its ugly head. Nothing much she can do except perhaps accost him when he goes on vacation.

Sounds like a typical, acrimonious divorce.

it is nobody elses business but theirs.

My thoughts are my own, but I doubt my Mum would agree with some of them.
