Have to love the spin the local property chiefs are placing on the market - even today DAMAC chief Hussain Sajwani comes out and makes everyone think all could not be better. It is individuals like this who cannot convey the truth that bring zero credibility to the developers here. Why doesnt Mr Sajwani come out with cold hard facts and sales figures at Lusail for the last 6 months instead? Because nothings been sold thats why. Par for the course by the developers who refuse to be transparent. The developers dont want the public to think there is a downturn. Not in their best interest you see.
The truth is the market has been affected significantly and can and will likely get worse for them.
well, i don't think so.
our rent was been increase by 50.00 riyals... so maybe it may slow down a little bit.
