How much gold can u carry leagaly.

Hi guys, Just wanted to know how many grams of gold r u leagaly allowed to carry to india, without getting into any kind of a trouble with that customs out here and on Bombay Airport.
For example if i buy a gold bar from al fardan exchange which is of 116gm 24K pure gold with the bill. will i have any probs in customs. Do i need to pay anything xtra on Bombay airport.
