can any one please tell me whats it like living on this compound i have 2 lil kids what is the maintenance like ect.... any one willing to let me know as thinking of renting on there????

Beleave me, life there is bad , every thing is worse than the other , the maintence the supermarket , evry thing , i used to live in it but as soon as i got the chance to leave i ran like a chiken :)

I am living there in an apartment. beleive me, very bad maintenance and un cooperative and rude staff..

If u have a choice, dont move here

Its a nice compound. What are you looking Flat or Villa. Flat cost QAR-7000 and Villa cost QAR-13000 monthly. This is fully furnished. In adddition to rent you have to pay water and electricity bill.
