Which name is beter for Chinese Restaurant?

I'm chinese who gonna open a new Chinese Restuanrt. I am concerned with the name. I want that name elegent and nice. And it is important that the name can be easili recognized as a Chinese Restaurant.
Here I list the name I thougt of for my restaurant.

Will you specialize in a certain type of Chinese cuisine - or a particular signature dish? That might help you decide on a name - but I do like Purple Dragon
