Does anyone know of a someone who can tune in my satellite ? Adjustment of direction on the roof and tuning of the box ? Possibly a second LNB - I'm not too sure if this can be done.

You cannot receive Eurobird or Astra in Doha. Their 'footprint' is Northern Europe.
