I am here in Abu Dhabi. Planning to go back there in Qatar. I wanted to have my own visa, but i dont know how and i dont know any body whose dealing with this.

You must be employed and then your employer will arrange your visa.

There's no such thing as "your own visa", if somebody offered it, it's illegal.
