Go to the portacabin on the right in the area and get the forms.They close at 3 pm.Ask the guys at the gate where are the portacabins. Take your RP passport and a copy of your mothers passport.Have a letter of no objection from your sponsor plus a letter saying what your job is (level) and salary.Good if its in Arabic.Get the guy in the portacabin to type out the form in Arabic.Tell him you want family visa for your mother. He has the forms.Sign it.It will cost you QR 5. Then go to the captain in the office on the second floor at the entrance. Be there from 6.30am.They are open only till 11 am for this visa. If your mother is older than 60 they will give you a hard time. Just persevere and tell the Captain Nasser your mother is strong and you will care well for her. Dont give up.You just need to apply a little pressure to push him over the edge. The captain is actually extremely charming. Once he signs, go to Gate 4 with all your documents- RP passport etc and take a ticket and wait. They process at the rate of about 1 person per minute. They close at 12.Make sure you have your credit card. They dont take cash.Cost is QR 220 if I remember correctly. Not as bad as it all sounds. Everyone is fairly helpful and the system works well.
