Then salary certificate which shows that your husband has beyond QR 7k/month salary. Below 7k your application will be rejected. You can, and easy like others if his salry is good and if he has all other Resdidence Permit, Let him go to immigration yard outside typist sitting and waiting for him to do needfull completion of procedures. Your passport copy and photo and marriage certificate all attested sent to him first. the rest he will have to do in here.
