How can i get Saudi Police Certificate, is this nessary before comming to Doha.

Or do I have to apply to Saudi Embassy once i come,.

You dont need a PCC from KSA for employment in Qatar unless your employer specifically asks for it.

Saudi Embassies do not issues PCC.

Saudi Arabia issues PCC only to current resisdents. You must hold a residence permit at the time of applying.

There are few complicated options. You have to get your finger prints certified by the local police authority, attest it from the Ministry of External affairs and the Saudi Arabian embassy in your country and forward them to the Police HQ at Riyadh.
