Who is the singing artist in the Pespi commercial?

I am wondering the name of the male artist that sings in Arabic in the current Pepsi television commercials?

I love his voice and would like to buy his music. He has very, very short hair (shaved head?); he is wearing a tie and black suit. He's singing with his band and surrounded by several dancers in a street.
