how can i covince my employer to give me noc or release?

i'am not happy to work with my co.and there is a co. giving me a good offer and good salary but my employer is refuse to give me noc or release,what will i do?

jani3, lol, we don't need any NOC, just a simple certificate that we no longer work there.
not at this time my friend,,,, you must think thousand and thousand of people want to come here and find a good job,,, in this time of global crisis,,, we are very lucky that we are here and have job,,, so you must think about this...
a) Some sponsors give NOC in a good manner. Mostly honourable and good hearted personnel.
b) Some do not give due to political reasons. They fear you might reveal their business secrets - Always suspicious.
c) Some give provided you make em happy (a lumpsum offer) - Money makers and easy goers.
Decide it.
Go to work naked! That always works!
or just make an annoyance of your self to others! I am sure it will get you sacked!
I mean it has got me the sack before!

you cannot do anything to force the company to give NOC
you can keep them in good humour by offering your services , even after you leave them ,,,etc etc
have you decided to leave the present compnay ? Then only you should start fighting...or goign to NHRC human rghts etc
U CANNOT FORCE YOUR EMPLOYER TO GIVE NOC IF U TRY TO ASK ALREADY!SO BETTER TO LEAVE THAT COMPANY IF YOUR NOT HAPPY...
