Since you are getting NOC, you should be thankful to them. Take the NOC (now itself ) and go back and get ajob and come back. Or search a job now itself and finalise and go back. You should be hapy taht you got NOC , dear
From an individual visa, you CANNOT tranfer to a job visa. This is what I heard. There are lots of house-drivers who are capable of doing jobs, but their visa is not converted.
It's illegal, don't do it.
