Heating problem of Nokia 6120 Classic

Hi Friends,
A close friend of mine is using Nokia 6120 Classic and is always complaining that his phone is getting hot (like burning) while talking to someone for a long time. He showed it to me two three times and it is really hot. I would appreciate if anyone can tell me how to sort out this issue.

There are so many possibility of phone heating maybe because of the friction of his hand and the phone that causes heat, or the phone is grounded or maybe a defective battery..how many months the battery was used and did he overcharged it? just PM me. hope this can help..
