normal Khubz is made from refined wheat four(Madia/flour number:1). Qatar Flour Mills(QFM) also makes Khubz with whole wheat flour(Flour number:3) which contains high level of fiber. You may find this product(in a bag with brown printing) in the retail stores-Al Meera, FFC,Lulu,Dasman etc.
you can bring pure wheat floor from Ansaf store near old QP flyover.than u can make khboos from pure wheat floor.
