if I wer u ..i willl accept the offer...if the offer salary is higher than b4.later on u can get ur 2 kids from ur country.its been gud to live here if ur kids is with..u
Your salary should be a competitive one in your field plus 25%. Plus housing, etc. You have been working in your profession for 8 years so you know what is standard. Just add 25% and then they include all the benefits. Your salary shouldn't have you paying for housing here.
thanks amoud,
Does the grading system also comply with government-linked company.
But what are the range i should be asking...as i don't a clue of the salary range or grading. My interview is just 1 week from now...
Hello,
I beleive for anyone to leave his country,
he has to live decently and in addition to this be able to save 50 to 100% more than what he was able to save back in his country
2 Bedroom App: 6500-7500 (7500 can be furnished)
car installments + insurance: 1200 - 3000
Mobile expenses: 500-1500
Internet/Satellite/W&E+ Divers: 1000
Food: 2000 - 3500
means minimum 11000 + your savings and entertainment
thanks amoud,

If this is a governmental company they have a pay grade scale for each and every position they offer, which comes with an alloted salary and benefits for that grade. Also if it is government they should send you an offer letter for your acceptance. You can negotiate the salary portion but not the benefits (generally as this is fixed but a graded salary has degrees).
Dont tell them what you expect, ask them what they offer then ask for advice. Salaries even in government can vary a great deal.
