I am a western Trained nurse with a Bachelors Degree - and from experience of trying to get a job here I can tell you that private clinics offer around 3000QR. Al Ahli will offer around 8000-9000QR for senior positions.

I am heading off to work in Saudi as the salary is so much better than here - but they do pay according to your nationality in Saudi.

don't go to saudi, you said your parents are already here then much better. the salary of a staff nurse here especially in hamad fares much better than the one offered to you in saudi. go to universal staffing in makati and pass your CV and credentials and send also a copy to your parents here so they could pass it to the personnel department of hamad. good luck
