Failed in direct test
One staff in Hasba Driving School (al Khor) told me that I can't take short course (12 day) after first direct test. I should take full course 25 day or try your second test.
I have license from my country from 8 year ago and without any violation case. But, since it can't be convert to Qatar license and in my country is 'right side driving orientation'. I should take test again here.
I just need to get more practice in parking, can I take short course only?
Shall I submit new application or just meet "Captain" in Traffic Dept for advice?
thank you
Rizal
instructors in al hasba are very very bad coz they don't speak english properly and they won't tell you exactly on what to do in the actual driving test, thus, you'll probably fail the test... you'll definitely get confused and disrupted in the actual exam coz you would not know what exactly they want you to do coz your instructor never tells you about it... and if you don't have enough knowledge in driving, it won't be easy for you to understand what they are teaching coz they couldn't speak or express what they want you to do... instructors are also asking for gifts or anything that you could give them once you passed the test. it's basically not a good driving school. i don't reccomend it for someone who wish to enroll

Hi there, i need to take some driving lessons too. Could you give me the number of Al Hasba Driving School please?
Thanks
IT IS GOOD TO WAIT GET TRAINED AND GET LIECENCE. IT IS A MATTER OF ANOTHER FORTNIGHT SO ABIDE THE RULES AND RELAX
I was in the same situation as yours but passed all initial tests on a '12day course'. Infact I have never driven a car on my own in my home country except during the learning course period.
You can do if you have confidence.
I'm sorry but IMHO, if you can't park the car between 2 lines at low speed, maybe you shouldn't even be on the road!
