What does God need of a starship?
Stars: William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, George Takei, James Doohan, DeForest Kelley, etc.
Directed by William Shatner
A distress signal from a desolate planet sends the crew of the newly-built USS Enterprise-A (the first being destroyed in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock) to rescue the hostages. Until they met a Vulcan with a messiah-like attitude and 'glorified' the followers to journey themselves to the center of the universe...where an 'omnipotent' being awaits them...and a Klingon Bird of Prey follows them along the way...
Still playing the sharp turn of a humor from the previous movie Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home, the story encompasses the Enterprise crew to make them question their test of 'faith' amidst the 'science' of their journeys. Still light in tone but may confuse a bit on Star Trek fans as to the 'animosity' of the Star Trek timeline.
You know its a movie, its not real !
