Doha JOb Offer ?

Hi, I got a offer from Saudi Contracting working in New Qatar Airport-DOha, Basic is 15,000 Qar, 2bed room Furnished Flat and Car provided by company. (1)What you think about this offer? I am a Planning Engineer doing job in Dubai. (2)I am doing my masters from HeriotWatt Univ. Dubai, do qatar has good universities to carry on my studies there? (3)I am a frequent traveller to home country, what will be in QAtar, I will own my passport or company will. Qatar is very strick like Saudia?

humm what if i wanna travel back to my home country or even Dubai ? Passport will be mine property or company? Generally speaking!
