Driving Licence
By Sandhya Aloysius •
Am from India and would like to take a driving licence.
I have a valid Indian licence. I would like to know, what all are the formalities? what will be the fees? Driving class is necessary or we can go directly for a test? and also, if i am taking an International driving licence from India, will that be fine?
Please some one help me for clearing my doubts.
Thank You.. :)
if you have full confidence in your driving, then go for direct test, if not, then take 2 weeks course, it will be good for you to understand rules and qatar road...
BEST OF LUCK
AL raya or KARWA
Great, you can attend for a direct test which will cost less than 1,000 and nowadays the Driving test is easy, no more pocket parking. you have to park the car to front (its easy)
you can get the license without attending the school,
Thnk u frnds for the replies. can u tell me vch will be the best driving school to go? nd also the fees they charge?
Nd birdie, am nt wrkng in Energy city. :)
..By the way, are you workng in Energy City ??
Eventhough u hold Indian license, in my opinion driving classes are must, becuase in India u practice right hand drive where as here u have to go for left hand drive, after eye test they may give the option to go for test directly on your indian license basis, but definitely you will fail as rules are too tough and even simple mistake you will fail, better to take atleast 10days class
Drivng class is a must, I think
You need to do an eye test and get the paper,,,
you should prodce a letter from your sponsor ( in your case, the husband ?? )
though the above sound very easy, nowadays very difficult to get driving license,,,so pls expect some time to materialise your dream !!!!!
