My company is willing to give me NOC after cancellation of my RP. I got a new offer here. I don't know this type NOC format. Please help me.

Yeah they are right. It is not your responsibility to make the letter format.
Your Company Mandoob should have the format of NOC and should be English and Arabic.

You may collect the form from Immigration office at Souq Waqeef.

to whom it may concern

this noc is a letter which mention that ur sponcer has no problem to let you inter the country again under any sponcer ship you like and this letter some time headed to airport and some times headed to immegration .

your employer's immigration representative or mandoub should have a copy of that format you are asking for. it is not the employees who write this letter up. this is the responsibility of the employer.
