Visa debit card for current account

Commercial Bank issued me Visa Electron for my current account (where I receive my salary). The lady from CBQ told that all the banks in Doha issue Visa Electron, not normal Visa for such accounts (she did issues Visa for Credit Card, but i don't like using credit cards).
I was just curious, whether any other bank issues proper Visa debit card? Maybe HSBC?
