Can company Visa be transfered within a year? If Yes, How?
Hi!
I'm on company Visa and am working with this company since 28th July 2008. I've received contract termination letter and the company has told me to find another job.
My Visa expires on 27th August 2009. According to the Law I've an idea that the visa cannot be transfered from the original sponsor for 1 year. My boss says if any other company is ready to transfer your visa, he can cancel my visa and give me a no objection letter and the visa will get transfered within couple of days. I don't know what is the exact procedure and I'm confused as I don't understand what to do. Please, could someone advise me the exact procedure in my case and also advise on what steps I've to take.
Thanks for all your support.
I'm grateful to all of you.
Bro,
1. Request an Offer Letter from your New Employer
2. Give the Offer Letter to your Current Employer
3. PRO of New Employer will talk with the PRO of your Current Employer for your transfer.
4. Then you wait for your new RP.
Cheers,
With an NOC you can transfer in less than one year.
