I need a Work visa actually.. but I think I need to arrive in there first and than find a job for me and therfore I stated that I need a Visit Visa

MAn, u dont need any1's help....

either go for Qatar airways office in any country u r and apply for visit visa ...or contact any of the details in doha online or through phone , get the needed documents and they will send you a visa ...the charges are quite ok.
