Need an IT/tech person to help troubleshoot my home computing situation

Does anybody know the name of someone who troubleshoots and assists with home computer set-ups? I need someone who can help fix problems with my wireless router and install some additional hardware. They need to know both PC and Mac computers. And if they can handle ALL sorts of electronic equipment (DVD, iPod, webcam, etc.) so much the better!
