Qtel's Mozaic TV payment services?
What's the method for paying your continuous services on Mozaic TV? Do I have to pay first for the total number of months I wanted to subscribe, or will they settle for the bill first for the certain month then pay afterwards just like the monthly telephone/internet bill?
I seem to have paid the 85QR bill (other than the telephone line bill) for Mozaic TV and expected the continuous service, but somehow what happened was it got disconnected after one month (since my application, connection only got around two weeks after my application). I haven't received any SMS message that says I have to pay for the month afterwards, and now I don't know whether how much the bill for Mozaic TV every month. I already selected only the basic Prime Asia only as that's just all I need.
Anyone care to give me the idea of the payment instructions for Mozaic TV so that I may not react in an offensive manner about what happened to my sudden disconnection of services?
I think I already had paid the installation charges and had all the boxes and wires installed.

Or do I have to wait for the bill first to see how much am gonna pay?
So far, back home, the cable/internet TV provider does the 'bill first before pay' service.
This I want to know for the Mozaic TV if it's the same.
