Is it equal to the guy who enroll in university, attend daily classes and get his degree my sitting in exams hall?
Consciouseffort, if it is a recognized university you should have no trouble posting its name here on QL! That way we can help you sort this out. You shouldn't be paying that much money to the institution to prove you completed a program there. And yes, these programs hire people part-time to work on-line with students. That doesn't mean they are faculty members at the institution. Just for fun, google the name of your "personal tutor." He or she should be found with their academic qualifications and credentials. Hmmmn .... btw what does a good education mean .... I would like to enhance my knowledge on this part as this would be coming from a university professor. i have finished that in 2005 :) Regarding the attendance - in online educations they provide you with one 'personal tutor' no matter what time you log in plus you have access to online library apart from continous guidance of the tutor.

Thanx for the info PM, but this university is very big (heard from its regular enrolled students). It offers both regular courses in person & online education. I'll definitely do some research too but I need attestation on my degree which is very important for my official record.

The university actually is asking me around 4000 rials in total to be sent to them for accredition in US itself.

Oooops, just saw that "on-line" part. If the degree is on-line it may not be accredited by Texas, or any other accrediting agency in the US. Good luck.

You must make an appointment on-line at the US Embassy in order to make a visit. Go to www.state.gov in order to book it.
