Is the diet shop worthwhile and not too expensive?

iv been meanng to take a visit to the diet shop but i dont want to walk in and have to pay an arm and a leg, any prices someone can remember??

go to vigetable souq and buy from there .. it the best

salads - 20 35, hot dishes 35 - 55, burgers 30 - 35, sandwiches 35 - 40, desserts 25 - 35, beverages 7 - 20 all in QAR. menu got it last nov

i ask for deliveries from diet shop

meal of day is for 45 QR and its big enough for me

i never dine in

but guess it will be same price for delivery
