I am trying to pay by Visa card but at the end I get the message that transaction is unsuccessful. May I ask that what may the problem ?
I paid by mastercared but i would like to know is a NEW card issued if you are REapplying? I have not received anything and I am not sure if i have to go and pick one up
You can apply online through Hookumi its very easy and fast if you have credit card it may be cost around 100+5+1, 100 for health card, 5 for postage, and if you want msg when they will deliver the card sms cost 1 QR.

if you find difficulty in paying through website,then Proceed to HMC main OPD pay QR 100 by cash or any credit or debit card..
