my english is bad but hope you will understand. to clean it deeply use a soft facial tissu (good quality) and put a bit water on it, clean the lense.
then, to take off dust, use the kind of tissu we can find in glasses box to clean them. it will remove it.
so use this for dust, and tissu+water when it's dirty like oil or finger prints.

But there is a solution availble in the market (camera shops) thats used to clean lenses.
