am planning to come to doha for short visit, I used to live in Doha about 3 months ago. Is there any hotel that can sponsor me?? Actually I have asked this question to few people here but I haven't got any reply. I need to make sure I got the visa so I can arrange my travel plants.

For how many months the original visa was. If you want to extend you need to undergo Medical. I had done it for my mother last week.

Is that a new regulation? My mother in law didn't need a medical examination when she was here for three months, but that was a couple of years ago.

Visit Visa is intially issued for one month. It is extendable for another 5 more months. For this the person coming should have to undergo Medical Examination.
