I am a Document controller / Administrator with 10 years experience. I have recently been offered a package of 12,000 including accomodation and transportation plus following:

Medical Insurance.
Travel Expenses.
Annual vacation / 21 days with tickets.

I want to know whether it is fair based on the current situation.

you are the guys trying forcibly to a syrian who has a offer of 35000/m. does it make any sense with this offer.
