dial ****110# ( hope ur device is connected with phone). when u dial that number it may tell u an IP address. Type that Ip address in the explorer address bar and enter.
you can find a log in page. in that u can see admin log in . click that and configure with ur username and password of any voip and also type the proxy as sip. xxxxvoip.com and enter. it will be configured.

Your Pap2t will get reset and then again configure from Love all. ok bye

check mac address filter. check port forwarding. check other security settings.
