Although I would disappove of someone getting an American passport who didn't want to live there and be a responsible member of their adopted society, I hope the new passport holder would realize that as a citizen they still owe a large chunk of US taxes!

The children automatically are born US citizens, and hence the parents can stay in the country also.

Cuba is awesome - one of the greatest places i've ever visited. Loved it!
