Hi Qlers Happy New Year.This morning I received an email that my I-140 (US Immigrant Petition) was approved. I applied this petition since 2006 and receive my case status (packet one). I just wanted to know what will I do and the papers that I will prepare? In the email it was not explained the details but it said that they send already a notice to my address in Philippines. Also I would like to ask if I can be interviewed here (US Embassy) or Ill return back to my country to be interviewed there. Thanks for your feedbacks.

I am not positive but I think that you have to return to the embassy you started at. A friend had a similar dilemma.
