look for someone who is interested to continue your loan or sell it in cash so that you'll be able to get a clearance from the bank. the company will be responsible to inform the bank of your current situation weather you will leave for vacation, transfer in other GCC country, terminate or resign. if ever you cannot transfer the ownership to another person your account in the bank will be hold and you also is hold in the immigration department in the airport and you cannot leave the country not unless only for vacation.

Post it in the classified of Qatar Living to sell you car and once you get a good buyer go to the trafic police station to transfer the ownership. But before that you might have to pay off your loan and get a clearance letter from the bank.....

or else you will have to get a buyer who is ready to take over the monthly installments and transfer the loan to him

Since the car is new, ask any of your friends to assume the amortization of your car loan. This is the easy way.

You need to inquire to the bank all the needed documents and formalities.

Good luck!!
