How's Qatar Airways' gratuity or end of service benefits? How are they computed? Are they given yearly? Thanks!

End of service benefits are given at the end of service and by Qatar labor law. They are standard for all employees. Correct me if I'm wrong, is it two weeks salary per year for the first 3 years and then three weeks per year after that? Once again, given at the end of your employment.
