How Can Format Windows Vista?

The only tricky thing that might be a problem is the SATA Hard Disk that may not be detected at the beginning of the windows XP installation.

Some motherboards do not have anything to change the Hard Disk status to 'Compatibility'.

It's either you will use 'Intel Matrix Storage' to do so or a bootable copy of Windows XP that comes with many SATA drivers for different laptop models stored there and will load them at the beginning.

Some got other ways that would be Hardware related solutions...

if you only know basic knowledge on computer i suggest let another person who knows how to do it manage that cause

if your computer is already packaged with windows vista

its hardware is designed for vista also. finding xp drivers for that will be a hard time cause some computer brands no longer give support for windows xp drivers and you have to do it yourself by searching and trying if it works or not which will waste alot of your time and patience until if you manage to fix it yourself.

if you have the budget why not just pay for at least 50-100 riyal for someone to do that which will save you alot of time and be able for your computer to function as it should

well changing from VISTA to XP is a tricky business.

Well first of all I recommend that you first GET ALL THE DRIVERS FOR YOUR HARDWARE and also get a COPY of WINDOWS XP
