Moving to Qatar
Hello All,
Will be moving to Qatar next month, initially without my wife. She is to join me a couple of weeks/months later, once i am settled.
DO companies usually pay a housing allowance if one partner is already receiving some ? Any suggestions on how to tackle this and maximize income ?

and now i cant move out i am super glued here.

Companies seem to be wise to "double dipping" on housing/housing allowance and only one working spouse will get the benefit. Of course, you may have to decide whose company is giving the better deal, but some will always give it automatically to the male spouse.
