If you don't understand strategy, please do not comment... there is no better time to start recruitment business than now.. Yes.. this is the right time expecially that alot of people are getting fire.. if you believe that people are the greatest asset any organization can have.. then.. you should know that ones getting fired are probably liability to the organization... again.. if you don't understand the different between liability and asset.. please do not comment....

if you are looking at a long term ROI, then this is the right time to start.. provided you have enough to survive the hard time... remember.. no risk no reward.. finally.. you should learn to manage risk not avoid it.. else you will never start anything at all...... if you need personal consultancy on this issue .. just call..

All the above recomdations are true. Companies are in laying off the people so take some breathing time to take decisions about your business.
