yes you can start business.it requires some legal papers. to be signed by you.and attested in court.then you can be safe in employment and business.

Legally you can, means you can be employed in one company and you can be a partner in another company. But if the local partner (sponsor) is not the same then you can be a partner only in the CR, you cannot be a manager in CR or your signatures cant be in computer card. You may be able to operate the bank ac, but that also depends on your relation with the bank as technically the computer card signatory is authorized to operate banks. But still your investment and share in the company can be secured by your name in the CR. Further more if you are going to do something same business as the work you do now for another company and they don't know about it you may be inviting major problems and check your labour contract is it objecting some issues like this.
