VILLA WITHOUT WATER

By JohnDSouza

I rented a part of villa since 1 month in ain Khalid area which I found out that they fill the tank from the mobile water tanker truck.

the problem is we are left without water every 2 or 3 days. when I call the agent NO reply. but I signed an
agreement but not given the cheques yet.

My question is can I leave the place if the agent refuse.
Where can I complain?

thanks

Go and shift now! I think you can complain to the national housing authority or Rents Authority in Mansoura.

If you will keep on getting water by tanker believe it or not, it will always be the same. I am telling you coz of my previous experience. Better move out sooner then later.

Peace.
