when can i re-enter qatar? ASAP
hi. i needed help badly.
i was terminated by my job last month. my visa was cancelled and my rp was cancelled. now, i wanted to go back to qatar coz i like it there and want to work there again. my question is, hat are my chances to go back? how soon can i go back? either by tourist, visit or business visa? do i have to wait for 3 or 6 months? do i need an NOC still for new jobs? i was told NOC wont be given since i was terminated. please do help. thank you.
I have such a types of experience, employer told for NOC if not complete 2 years after exit date
if you got a NOC you could even start a new job without leaving qatar for a minute.. so definitely you can come back in 3 months or less..
new passport won't help. they check you by your fingerprints, not by your passport..and hey.. it's not nice to think about the way of fooling the government of State of Qatar, let alone asking about it on the public forum !

oh.. okay.. im just thinking.. what if i have a new passport.. do they take it against the name or the passport number?
if i am able to get a hold of an NOC, will i be able to get back in 3 months time? no need to change passport and all?
if ur cancelled then u cant enter the country for 2 yrs,and u need to cum on new visa say work visa.rite

You need an NOC from your previous employer either to visit or to work in Qatar for the next one year and eleven months.

without NOC you can not come back for 2 years (and the law may change to 5 years).
you also need permission from your company to come back as tourist (this is also new).
you should look elsewhere because if you old company is not helpful there is nothing you can do.
