Credit Cards and Bank personal loan
Hai, budys, I recently landed in Qatar, my salary gets transfer to bank, and they are willing to give me Credit Card and loans, while having credit card & bank loan can I go on vacation, transfer sponsorship or cancel the visa go back and coming to the new company and without any default to the bank is possible. OR what is the procidure, any experienced person can give a right answer. In UAE if you continue without default there wont be any problem how about Qatar!!!!
If bank knows that you are leaving without settling your liabilities to them, they can place a Travel Ban on you at the airport or all exit border immigration dept. who can easily catch the culprit....
The Bank is not Linked with the airport, but if your visa is canceled by your employer, usually a letter is addressed to the bank that you have ended your services with the company and that you have three days to leave the country 5 years banned(something like that). In this case the bank will immediately contact you to return your available balance/loan with them. For that reason try to have an agreement with your sponsor that whenever you want to quit your job, let him give you a NOC letter(no objection certificate) or else you will be in trouble. Other than that its all ok, you can take loans, credit cards and tarvel safely as long as you have a secure job, and changing your jobs and visas wouldn't be a problem.
In case company terminated or some emergency situation employee resigns the company - what will happen?
Before cancelling the visa, your employer will (should) ask you for clearance letters from bank/s, utility companies, phone company/ies etc. and unless you proviode the clearance letters you are unlikely to get your exit permit.
Why the Bank is linked with Airport Immigration?
Yes you can go on vacation, no issues!
transfer sponsorship can be done, that is fine!!
cancel the visa go back and coming to the new company can not without Bank clearance.
