Hi where can I buy Mechouia / Arabic slow cooked lamb?

Hi does anyone know a place where I can buy a big dish of the qatari/arabic slow cooked lamb with rice - enough for 10-15 people? I don't think I need a whole lamb- maybe half or even just a leg....and I would like to take it out to eat at home.

I'd be very grateful for your suggestions!
