There are some web forums which does not have the facility of keeping a lot of data because of space issues and they are deleting the inactive topics after a certain period. QL is different and all your questions will remain there and if someone is looking the answer for a similar question can search it even if it was posted 2 years back.
Well yes, that's how a forum usually works; topics are listed in order of recent activity.
I think he means the forum.
The topics you enter stay active forever and are listed in chonological order by the last entry. So if you (or anyone else) repond to a listing that is 2 years old it will bring it to the top of the list since it has the most recent activity.
The web site content is user driven. What ever gets posted by QL users goes on the site and stays there forever. I'm not quite sure I understand what you want admin to do???
