Anyhow they are good as aquarium pets, little water for drinking, rocks and sticks to climb and some vegetables or dried shrimp and some extra shells when they grow, don't forget your heat lamp.

I have never seen hermit crabs except in Nat Geo and Discovery. I would like to see one actually. Where should I go to?

As said, I found the crab at the shore in shallow water in Inland Sea, and yes it is indeed very small :-)

They are around halv a centimeter I guess, light in the colours, wih kind of dark stribes over the legs - which are very long by the way.
I'm hoping to learn the latin name, so I can look it up somewhere. Any information will be helpfull.
