For 5 week courses the cost is QR350 in total, for single one time lessons QR70 per session. The classes will be conducted by me Aisha Fonte.

Yes I think men may also take these classes provided their body have suitable build.
The belly size should be atleast 65 inches.
And the chest size should be < 40 inches.
The waist size required is 60 inches.
Also if you jump up and down your pot belly should exhibit signs of inertia.
Therefore if your vital statistics are 40 65 60 or something more ravishing you may contact Aisha.
can men take these classes too??
